In the Egyptian criminal court has sentenced to death 13 accused in the case of “Organization of the Egyptian Legion”.
“The criminal court of Giza in Egypt, headed by counselor Moatasem khafājī, on Sunday decided to refer 13 accused in the case of “Organization of the Egyptian Legion” the mufti to give a legal opinion on their performance”, – is spoken in the message.
Death sentence is directed for approval to the Council of Muftis. The final verdict on the case of the fighters taken by the court on 7 December 2017.
In this case also are 44 people who have been indicted. In the period from 2013 to may 2015 the suspects have committed a series of attacks in the cities of Giza and Cairo. In addition, they killed the Director of the national security of Giza, and also the General and police officer.
