In Britain, heavy snowfall caused traffic chaos

It is reported that thousands of passengers spent the night at the Heathrow, Stansted, Birmingham and Luton, after dozens of flights were canceled or delayed.

An estimated 50 000 British Airways passengers spent the night in airports in the UK and 30 000 in other EU countries – 20 000 people.

In British Airways stated that the reduced schedule of flights from Heathrow, since, according to forecasts, the bad weather conditions in Britain will continue.

Passengers are advised to check the status of flights before travelling to the airport.

On transport problems, particularly in England and Wales,also said the national Railways of Britain.
