Depletion of the nervous system sooner or later leads to various mental health disorders. One of the consequences of nervous tension acts as neurasthenia, which is easy to identify at an early stage of development.
The set of reasons leading to neurasthenia:
– stressful situations;
– chronic fatigue, caused by lack of rest;
– weakened immune system;
– a deficiency of vitamins in the body;
– hormonal imbalance;
– diabetes;
– excessive physical exertion;
cancer.
These factors can easily make a person neurasthenia, and suffer from it can at the age of 20-40 years, when is the peak of social activity and personality development. By the way, doctors say that neurasthenia is more common in men.
The characteristics of neurasthenia:
– insomnia;
– migraine of concern to man since the morning;
– malaise, weakness;
– apathy, bad mood and excessive irritability;
– the deterioration of memory and brain activity;
arrhythmia;
– the weakening of potency;
– headaches and dizziness;
– noise or ringing in the ears;
– pain when touching the human body.
In neurasthenia the person in the first place needed complete rest. It is better to go on vacation for a few weeks, in order to restore the moral and physical strength, to relax and to forget about problems and a good night’s sleep. If this is not possible or leave not helped to get rid of neurasthenia, to postpone the visit to a therapist, certainly not worth it.
