Kyiv national University of Taras Shevchenko has announced a competition for selection of contractor for construction of the new building of the Institute of journalism in place of the unfinished sports complex in Melnikova street, 36 in Kiev.
According to the announcement, the cost of construction determined in accordance with the approved documentation and the actual costs of the contractor for the project, but may not be less the market value of the unfinished construction of a sports complex situated on the balance of the KNU, determined by the results of an independent appraisal in the amount of 38 377 200 hryvnia, said in the announcement in the official newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada “Voice of Ukraine”.
The total area of the plot is 0.65 ha.
Proposals are accepted until September 25.
