Well-known artist Sergey Elkin in his new cartoon ridiculed the deprivation of Ukrainian citizenship to ex-President of Georgia and former head of the Odessa regional state administration of Mikheil Saakashvili.
The figure published in Twitter-account DW (in Russian).
The cartoon depicted the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who was allegedly thrown from the window into the street stuff Saakashvili. Among them is a suitcase with clothes, a ball and a book called “Fight against corruption”.
In response, netizens noted that the policy did not initially need to provide shelter in Ukraine.
We will remind, Saakashvili has lost the citizenship on the basis of paragraph 2 of article 19 of the Law “On citizenship”, namely on the basis of false data stated in the questionnaire. The documents, which filled a former Chairman of the Odessa regional state administration, it was stated that he is not under investigation in Ukraine or abroad, but we know that in Georgia, Saakashvili has been in absentia arrested.
