Autumn diet: the five best options of fasting days

Nutritionists are suggested, which fall foods can serve as the basis for handling the day.

Options for handling days, there is a huge number. A person can choose any product in order to eat them during the day and clear your body of accumulated pounds that increase the waist size. But in the autumn nutritionists recommend to consume seasonal foods, so why not take their advice and not “kill two birds with one stone”, that is, to lose weight and get healthier at the same time?

Fasting days on the gifts of autumn:

1. Cabbage, apples, lemons. If you combine these products together, you get a delicious and hearty salad, and very useful. Nutritionists allowed to eat 150-200 g of this salad 4-5 times a day. And don’t forget to drink water.

2. Pumpkin, nuts, honey. These products can be connected or eat separately, but with nuts you should be careful during the fasting day to eat a serving of no more than 30 grams. The pumpkin can be eaten in unlimited quantities in any form. As for the honey, so it is quite possible to afford to eat in the amount of 2 teaspoons per day.

3. Beets and carrots. Again, from these vegetables, you can prepare salads, fresh juices, or cut into slices and eat. This fasting day will bring maximum benefit to your health, will establish the digestive system, cleanse the body of toxins and other harmful components, and will contribute to the growth of hemoglobin in the blood.

4. The grapes and apples. A lot of grapes nutritionists are not allowed to eat those who have got extra weight as well as diabetics, because it contains a lot of fructose. In this regard, the apples need to eat two times more than grapes, but in General, the amount consumed should not be more than a kilogram.

5. The zucchini and cucumbers. Both vegetable is 90% water, but the digestive system, they bring enormous benefits. For a day on the zucchini and cucumbers you can lose between 0.8 and 1.5 kg extra weight. Cook them as you like – boiled, fried, baked, oven on the grill or eat raw, and no less useful.

For those who really want to lose weight fast, dieticians recommend during the week to adhere to the various fasting days. For example: Monday – apples, Tuesday – yogurt, on Wednesday, pumpkin on Thursday, citrus fruit on Friday – cottage cheese and berries Saturday – ginger drink and green tea or a decoction of dog rose, and on Sunday.
