The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed the company Auchan Retail Ukraine (part of the French Auchan Group) to acquire a distributor hypermarket chain Caravan.
This was reported by the press service of Auchan Ukraine.
It is noted that after signed on 20 June 2017 agreement with the distributor Caravan Auchan Retail has completed the buyout of the company, due September 5, 2017 permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
The company will also gradually introduce the former stores the Caravan of your commercial project and other areas within the new development concept.
Recall that in June, the company Auchan Ukraine has signed an agreement with the Ukrainian distributor of the Caravan to repurchase its assets.
