The court of Tver sentenced to life imprisonment by a local resident Sergei Balashov, convicted of the murder of the young daughter of his concubine, the timing also got the mother and brother of a minor girl, reports the Investigative Committee of Russia.
As stated, on August 13 and August 14, 2016 the drunk Balashov and Anastasia Kulagina with her son alternately beat girl Trouser belt to the head and body. Also, a man doused the girl with boiling water from the kettle to bring her to consciousness.
Later to discover that the child no signs of life, the attackers caused “fast”. The arrived doctors verified death of the girl. As noted, the examination revealed that the cause of death was traumatic shock, thermal burns and blunt trauma to the body.
“The verdict Anastasia Kulagina was appointed punishment in the form of 19 years of imprisonment with serving in a corrective colony of General regime and minors of five years of imprisonment with serving in an educational colony. Sergei Balashov appointed punishment in the form of lifelong imprisonment with serving in a corrective colony of special regime”, — stated in the message of the RF IC.
