Whitening face mask: easy and effective recipes

Honey-lemon mask.
Strain the juice of 1 lemon through cotton wool and mix with 2 teaspoons of liquid honey. Moisten this mixture with gauze or paper towels and apply on face, replacing them with fresh 2-3 times for 15 – 20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water. In the refrigerator the mixture can be stored up to 7 days.

Course – 15-20 masks every few days, depending on skin sensitivity. If the skin is dry, pre-grease it with a fat cream.

Yeast mask with lemon juice.
Used in any skin. Finely grind the 15-20 g of yeast (bread yeast) and mix with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. To the mixture add with constant stirring fresh milk to form a slurry and apply on face with a cotton swab. After 20 minutes wash your face with warm water and apply some cold compresses.

Potato mask.
1 raw potato peel and grate on a fine grater, add a few drops of olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh milk and almond bran to form a slurry and apply on face for 20 minutes. To wash off and lubricate the face suitable for your skin cream.

Cucumber mask.
Recommended for both dry and for oily skin, acting bleaching. Grated cucumber combine with a small amount of sour cream or folded out on to a colander sour milk. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. If the skin is dry, it is better to combine the grated cucumber with sour cream.

Cleansing mask.
Mash 3 strawberries and apply on face. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with rose water. Strawberry contains vitamin C which perfectly cleanses the skin.

The same effect has mashed and mashed pulp of half a peach, mixed with 1 tbsp. of cognac.
