Warehouses in balakliia the fire destroyed 70% of ammunition

According to Poltorak, the other bases of storage of weapons is enough.

Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said that the fire in warehouses in Balakleya in Kharkiv region were destroyed 70% of ammunition.

“The significant damage that would affect the state of combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine this event was not struck, although of course the costs are significant…on the basis of which was an event that remained a little more than 30% of ammunition. What were such, which are scarce for us,” said the Minister.

He also added that on other bases of storage of weapons is enough.

Poltorak also noted that in February 2017 based in Balakliya completed the audit and the information that “the fire was trying to hide something untrue”.
