Ukrainians are advised to start looking for a family doctor

The system will start to work since January, but a doctor is better to choose in the near future.

Now the Ukrainians can start looking for family physicians. This was stated by the acting Minister of health Suprun at a press conference for the launch of the e-health system in test operation.

“It is very important that our patients, our citizens have started to look for their doctors. Although the system starts from 1 January, we can’t all in one day or even a month to find their doctors. Please to the doctors now, they can already go in and start to sign with you a Declaration,” – said the acting Minister of health Suprun.

As reported, on 8 June the deputies adopted in the first reading the bill on medifarma. The bill provides for free provision of emergency medical care, primary and palliative care.

It is worth Recalling that the electronic system e-Health will make health care efficient and transparent. Today, primary care physicians will be able to register in e-Health and record declarations of their patients.

This stage of development of e-Health will introduce the first steps of reform of medicine financing the principle “money follows the patient”, reports the press service of the Ministry of health.
