Time tested: three folk remedies for hypertension

Apple cider vinegar, diluted in water, with soda. This method may frighten you, but it is tested by many people and its effectiveness is not questioned. Fill glass with water, add a teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar and baking soda “pinch”. Stir well and drink. Repeat procedure morning and evening. This drink will improve blood flow, clear blood vessels and prevent high blood pressure.

Use any of the suggested methods of lowering blood pressure and decide which of them suits you more and really helps to reduce pressure. A huge advantage of these methods is that they do not contain chemicals and bring only health benefits. But in any case, the advice of your doctor will not be superfluous.
