Specialists have established that a person need to use less coffee as it can lead to drowsiness and even be dangerous for life.
Scientists warn that everyone reacts to coffee differently. For example, coffee drinking in stressful situations and while insomnia can lead to serious health problems and even death.
During times of stress and lack of sleep caffeine leads to spasm of blood vessels of the brain, which causes a lack of oxygen. Oxygen starvation may lead to loss of consciousness, pain in the head and even fatal outcomes.
Experts advise to drink coffee only healthy people.
