People engaged in Jogging, Cycling and other active sports, you know how important it is to recover after a workout.
Usually it is recommended a special drinks. But two new studies conducted at the University of Texas at Austin have shown that chocolate milk is an ideal drink not only for recovery after exercise, but also to enhance stamina.
Researchers compared muscle mass and fat proportion in the body of young athletes who consumed chocolate milk shakes and sports drinks.
They asked 10 professional cyclists and 32 the fan to ride a bike for 90 minutes at moderate intensity.
It was found that significantly more energy, and was among those who consumed chocolate milk with low fat content.
