This diet will help to lose weight and to get rid of cellulite

Nutritionists say that a week on a rice diet can you lose 4 pounds overweight.

Rice diet refers to a category of mono-diet is pretty strict, so it can withstand not everyone who wants to lose weight. The main advantage of the rice diet is that it can help not only to get rid of hated excess pounds and inches around the waist, but also to improve the functioning of the intestines, speed up metabolism and even smooth the skin, eliminating deep cellulite.

Day 1

Day 2

Evening: same as the first day of the diet.

Day 3

Morning: 50 grams of cooked rice, Cup of green tea and pear.
Lunch: salad of fresh seasonal vegetables with 50 g of boiled rice, 1 tbsp olive oil 100 g mushrooms.
Evening: 150 grams of rice porridge with 50 g of cabbage (boil together).

Day 4

Morning: 50 g cooked rice 200 ml low-fat milk, Apple.
Lunch: 100 g boiled rice, fresh carrots and radishes with olive oil.
Evening: 150 grams of rice porridge with 50 g of cabbage (cooking together), 2 walnuts.

Day 5

Morning: 50 g of cooked rice with a handful of raisins, a Cup of yogurt with 1% fat content.
Lunch: 50 g of boiled rice with fresh herbs and 50 g of cooked zucchini.
Evening: 150 grams of rice porridge, 4 walnuts.

Day 6

Morning: same as dinner the previous day, plus 1 pear.
Lunch menu the same as on the 5th day.
Evening: 100 g of cooked rice with 1 tbsp low fat sour cream.

Day 7

Morning: same as yesterday, plus 1 Apple.
Lunch: 150 grams of rice porridge with fresh tomatoes.
Evening: 100 g of cooked rice with 50 grams of cooked zucchini.

It is desirable to increase the physical activity and the amount of fluids you drink, then the effect of the rice diet, you’ll be amazed and forced to sincerely proud of yourself.
