Consuming these drinks, your heart will function without deviation.
1. Water
If it is not enough, the blood starts to thicken and the heart has to work harder that leads to its wear.
2. Green tea
The antioxidants in its composition is very beneficial for the heart, they prevent the risk of developing coronary heart disease. Also green tea lowers cholesterol and prevents blood clots and stroke. It is helpful to drink up to three cups of green tea a day.
