Another horror is happening in the West of Moscow, namely, directly in front of the metro station “Slavic Boulevard”.
The bus from the station to SKOLKOVO innovation cent, moved into the underpass and was hit by more than 10 people, five of whom died on the spot. The bus driver, 56-year-old Viktor Tikhonov, arrested by the police. He was sober and had behind him 30 years of experience behind the wheel. The version of premeditated hitting law enforcement personnel is completely eliminated.
