Scientists strongly suggest to abandon the practice of malnutrition and especially starvation. They argue that a more effective model is to quickly consume calories.
This can be achieved, for example, through classes at the gym or regular morning and evening Jogging. In addition, you need to pay attention to nutrition. In particular, nutritionists advised to eat foods high in fiber, proteins and vegetable fats that contribute to weight loss.
