The national team of Ukraine on hockey devastatingly lost Slovenia

Team Alexander Savitsky failed in the final match of Eurochallenge in Poland.

Before the last round of the “blue-yellow” had kept working chances of winning in the international mini tournament – Ukrainians was enough in regulation time to beat Slovenia to take the final first place.

At the end of the fifth minute of the match, Hebar using failed game of Ukraine at its goal, from close range struck Zakharchenko. At the end of the period, the Ukrainians failed to convert the majority and the second time got the puck in the gate – Rodman on the patch has strengthened the leadership of the Slovenes.

In the second period the Ukraine by efforts of Nikita Babintsev has reduced backlog in the account, however, shortly before the second period Werlich sold the most and brought Slovenia a comfortable lead.

During the decisive period, the Babintsev scored twice, but Slovenia responded with three goals. Defeat 2:6 did not allow Ukraine to win the international tournament in Poland, and the final place of the team, Alexander Savitsky will be known after the match of Poland and Italy.
