Finnish police reported the death of 2 people in the attack with a knife that occurred in the city of Turku today, August 18, 2017.

“Young people first in the trade area was stabbed two. Then a little further on a few. Only 8 people. 2 died”, – stated in the message.

According to militiamen, the police seized the suspect by shooting him in the leg. The arrest took place 20 minutes after the signal about the incident. It is noted that most likely, we are talking about the foreigner, but the identity of the suspect is not yet known. At the moment law enforcement authorities have only one suspect and it turns out the involvement of others to the incident.
