The main advantages and disadvantages of salt-free diet

Nutritionists have told you all about the diet, which under an absolute ban was salt.

Salt-free diet was compiled by experts not just for it was a serious reason. The fact is that salt is a product that has the ability to slow down your metabolism and hold excess fluid in the body.

The benefits of a salt-free diet

The first and the most important advantage of this technique of eating for weight loss is the fact that to sit on it more than a week or two, and all the time. In this case, the weight will decrease until, until it becomes normal.

On a salt-free diet is missing the feeling of hunger. Eating unsalted foods in the right amounts, you will notice that it does not want to eat 30-60 minutes after a meal, as it usually is.
