The level of health of a person depends on his education

Attending universities people are less likely to face heart attacks and strokes, since they have more health. To such conclusion scientists from the University of Bristol which suggested that every three additional years that a person spends on education, help to reduce blood pressure and body mass index. Note that the extra weight just leads to higher blood pressure or diabetes. Both of these conditions can provoke heart attacks and strokes.

Scientists previously had known that the risk of cardiovascular disease is lower among people who spend more time on education. And now researchers decided to find out how much longer you need to learn in order to achieve a steady reduction in risk of heart attacks and strokes. The relationship between education and mortality risk is partly due to the fact that more educated people have higher normal levels blood pressure and weight, and significantly less smoke.

However, it explains only 50% of communication. The other 50% are still a mystery for scientists. It is possible that less educated people are simply less likely to visit doctors and eat less healthy food.
