The government has lowered sonarmatica for housing and communal services

It was one of the requirements of the IMF.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has lowered social standards for use of the utilities based on the actual energy consumption by households.

This is stated in the government regulation No. 51 dated 6 Feb.

So, the Cabinet has reduced the social norms of gas consumption from 5.5 to 5 cubic meters per 1 sq. m of heating area.

Lowered the standards of consumption of thermal energy for district heating (district heating) subscribers, homes which have house or apartment metering devices: 0,0548 0,0431 Gcal to Gcal per 1 sq. m of heated area per month during the heating season; electric power for heating: from 65 kWh to 51 kW/ h per 1 sq. m of heated area.

The Cabinet noted that the lowering of sinomation does not provide for recalculation of the size of the current subsidies, as in force from 1 may.
