The doctors shared effective recipes for the treatment of sciatica

Severe pain and a huge inconvenience in my life brings a person sciatica. It is a disease of the peripheral nervous system: there is a loss of bundles of nerve endings that emanate from the spinal cord. Salt deposits, deformation of bone tissue cause the pinching of the nerve endings. This is the reason that a person may experience pain in the sternum, spine, lower back in various movements, particularly sharp.

During periods of acute illness traditional medicine recommends to use a hot compress on the area of pain.

Mustard: 1 tablespoon of mustard powder, stir in warm water until thick sour cream. This mixture spread a piece of cloth and immediately put it on the sore place. Heat this way for a few minutes.

Horseradish: horseradish roots grate on a fine grater, put on the area of pain (if much oven, the slurry can be mixed with sour cream. A warm compress is wonderful. It can be done.

Black radish: squeeze the juice of black radish, moisten it a piece of thick cloth, apply a compress on the area of pain, the fabric can be worn a few days.

Aspen leaves scalded with boiling water, wrap in cloth and use as a compress or lotion.

Of horseradish juice can make water solution (1: 1), RUB it into the sore spots, but be sure to tie them with warm woolen cloth.
