Pineapple brew is considered one of the drinks of youth. After all, due to high content of lactic acid, biologically active substances and prebiotics – this drink rejuvenates the intestinal flora and resulting in the entire body.

Recipe of pineapple brew:
Thoroughly wash the pineapple sponge.
Cut away the peel and pith.
Put them in a quart jar and top with a few dried flowers of clove.
Preparation of fill: take 700 ml of filtered water, add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a teaspoon of sugar (for best results – shake all in a blender).
Pour the pineapple, wrap a clean linen cloth and leave at room temperature for 2-3 days.
During the day, stir a few times.
Then transfer the finished brew in the fridge and drink 1-2 cups a day.
