The Kyiv court of appeals approved the arrest to drive the leader of the militants Alexander Zakharchenko, a suspect in the creation of the terrorist group “DNR”.
Suspicion Zakharchenko declared under part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (creation of terrorist group or terrorist organization), there is a speech in the message a press-services of the court.
However, the court of appeal annulled the ruling of the Shevchenkivsky district court of Kyiv on 14 December 2016, which the Prosecutor of the GPU was refused satisfaction of the petition about arrest of the leader.
The validity of the decision of the court is six months from the date of issuance.
