Tested recipes for pressure stabilization and the purification of vessels

Hypertension and atherosclerosis – some of the most common diseases of our time.

Recipe 1

Requires: 2 tablespoons of fresh or dried burdock root in 500 ml of boiling water.

Requires: 1 tbsp. l. burdock root, 1 tbsp. l. herb motherwort, 1 tbsp. l. grass cottonweed, 1 tbsp of hawthorn flowers, 1 tbsp of the mistletoe herb, 1 liter of boiling water.

4 tbsp. l. mixture pour boiling water and infuse for 8 hours. Drain.

Drink 100 g 3 times a day 1 hour after meals.

Recipe 3

Requires: 1 tbsp. l. burdock root, 1 tablespoon of dandelion root, 1 tablespoon of the rhizomes of couch grass, 1 tbsp soapwort root, 1 tbsp. l. yarrow herb, 200 ml of boiling water.

1 tbsp. l. mixture pour boiling water. Infuse for 1-2 hours. Drain.

Drink 150 g before Breakfast.

Recipe 4

Required: 3 tablespoons of hawthorn flowers, 3 tbsp. of hawthorn berries, 3 tablespoons of horsetail grass, 3 tbsp of the mistletoe herb, 3 tbsp garlic bulbs, 1 tbsp Arnica flowers, 2 tbsp. l. burdock root, 4 tbsp. l. yarrow herb, 200 ml of water.

1 tablespoon of the mixture infuse in the water for 2-3 hours, drain.

Drink 50 g 4 times a day before meals.

Recipe 5

Required: 3 tbsp. l. herb motherwort, 3 tbsp. l. roots and leaves of burdock, 2 tbsp of grass cudweed, 2 tablespoons herbs rosemary, 1 tbsp. l. kidney tea, 300 ml of boiling water.

1 tbsp (from top) brewed in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, to insist 4 hours, strain.

Take 100 g 3 times a day in the form of heat for 20 minutes before eating.

Recipe 6

Required: 1 tbsp grass Adonis, 1 tbsp. l. burdock root, 1 tablespoon of hawthorn flowers, 1 tbsp of birch leaves, 2 tbsp. l. herb motherwort, 2 tsp of herb cottonweed. 1 tbsp horsetail in 500 ml of boiling water.

2 tbsp. l. mixture pour boiling water, to insist, wrapped, 5-6 hours, drain.

Drink 100 g 3 times a day before meals in the form of heat.

Recipe 7

Required: 15 g, burdock root, 20 g of the root of Scutellaria baicalensis, 15 g herb motherwort common, 10 g of grass, peppermint, 15 g of grass cudweed, 15 g, hips cinnamon 15 g herb kidney tea, 10 g of chamomile flowers, 300 ml of boiling water.

1 tbsp. l. mixture pour boiling water. Infuse for 30 minutes. Drain.

Drink 75-50 g 3 times a day.

Recipe 8

Required: 15 g of the fruit of the black chokeberry, 10 g of fruit carrot seed, 10 g of fruits of fennel, 15 g of Valerian root, 10 g of horsetail, 10 g of flowers of cornflower blue, 15 g of the root and leaves of burdock, 15 g of hawthorn fruit, blood-red, 15 g root of Scutellaria baicalensis, 200 ml of boiling water.

1 tbsp chopped and thoroughly mixed herbs and fruit pour boiling water, boil for 10 minutes. Infuse for 30 minutes. Drain.

To take an infusion of 50 g – 30 g 3 times a day.
