So, the questioning of Shufrych is scheduled for November 14.
“According to the requirements of article 36, 135 of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine, people’s Deputy of Ukraine N. Shufrych.And. must arrive on 14 November, 2017 at 15:30 in the Department of special investigations of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine to office No. 411, located in Kyiv, street Borisoglebskaya, 18 to participate in the interrogation as a witness in criminal proceedings No. 42014100000000209”, – said in the text of the agenda.
Specified number of criminal proceedings is mentioned on the website of the former first Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Viktor Yanukovych Andriy Portnov.
According to published documents, Portnov suspect that the “after appointment to the post of Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Ukraine, with the aim of preserving the right to be a member of the High Council of justice under the quota of higher education, as well as to the appropriation of funds of higher educational institutions by undue payment of salaries (other payments), decided not to resign from their teaching posts in higher educational institutions”.
