American nutritionists have established that under certain rules, you can lose weight even such food as fast food. They conducted an experiment.
According to the publication, the project was implemented in Iowa. For participation in it was assembled a group of volunteers from among students who had overweight. The experiment lasted for 90 days.
The task of scientists, the subjects ate only in institutions fastfuda. All the volunteers had to follow certain guidelines. Thus, the volume of consumption of calories was not supposed to exceed 2000 per day. In addition, participants were required to walk at least 45 minutes every day.
When summarizing the results found that although people ate fast food and ate fried food, they still managed to reduce my cholesterol and lose weight in 3 months they could lose to 7 kg.
“As a rule, students choose different Breakfast sandwiches with egg and ham or an omelet, oatmeal or milk. Lunch typically consisted of salad, serving of fruit and yogurt,” – said the authors of the experiment
