Scientists describe the effects of regular lack of sleep

Lack of sleep negatively affects health and wellbeing.

To such conclusion the American scientists who have conducted several studies that tried to establish a link between regular sleep deprivation and destruction of bone tissue.

The experiment lasted exactly three weeks and all three groups of participants (men) were subjected to an artificial increase of day. Scientists daily increased the time to 4 hours, thus all participants every day, went to bed later and later.

At the end of the experiment, participants took a General blood test and the doctors discovered that absolutely all men are the indicators of bone markers has changed in a negative way.

The sad results scientists have obtained from the blood of young men, but in men older than 40 years of bone markers changed, but only slightly.

American researchers came to the conclusion that regular sleep deprivation can cause the destruction of bone tissue, even for those people who are just a little bit not refilled. Moreover, these violations are irreversible and to restore the bone tissue is impossible.

In connection with the obtained results, the scientists strongly recommend to sleep and Wake up every day at the same time, and also to adhere to a rule to sleep at least 7 hours and no more than 8 hours a night. Only in this case it will be possible to avoid serious diseases associated with bone tissue.
