Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that gives the FSB the right to withdraw land and located on them real estate objects for state needs.
The corresponding decree published on the website of legal information of the Russian Federation.
In the text of the document says that the FSB “takes the limits of their powers, decisions on withdrawal of land plots and (or) located on them of objects of real estate for state needs of the Russian Federation”.
It is noted that for implementation of the decree, the FSB can only use the already working in state agencies and employees to use Federal budget, without additional funding.
Recall that in winter, Putin signed a law regulating the use of prisoners of physical force, special means and firearms.
