Journal of Endocrinology & Metabolism published the results of experiments that were carried out by staff from the school of medicine at Johns Hopkins University in the United States.
The course of these experiments, doctors were able to determine a new method of treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system, the publication reported.
The authors of this paper analyzed data on the health of more than 10 thousand adult men and women followed for 20 years has been observed. The analysis showed that the condition of the heart muscle is directly affected by regular exercise combined with intake of vitamin D. Their complex, as concluded by experts, helps to reduce the likelihood of strokes and heart attacks.
Note that almost simultaneously, Australian scientists from the University of Canberra stated the need for simple physical exercises in people’s lives, especially the elderly.
