Poroshenko has allowed the Americans to privatize the energy company of Ukraine

In addition, the Americans will supply to Ukraine 2 million tons of coal

The Minister of energy of the USA Rick Perry will arrive in Ukraine in Ukraine in August of this year.

This was announced by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in an interview to Ukrainian TV channels.

“We have a lot to talk about, and in particular on the participation of American companies in the privatization of Ukrainian energy companies and sales, and power generation”, – said Poroshenko.

He also added that Ukraine has reached an agreement with the United States about the possible purchase of 2 million tons of coal.

“Ukraine refused to purchase coal from the occupied territories of Donbass… To ensure transparency of the energy market, we have agreed to supply coal from Pennsylvania at competitive prices. With the help of American authorities we will receive a guaranteed supply of a minimum of 2 million tonnes of coal,” the President added.

Also Poroshenko announced that will increase the share of the us suppliers of nuclear fuel of Westinghouse in Ukraine up to 55%”.
