Physicians ranked the most useful products in the world

Regular consumption of certain products helps to stay young and healthy

That is why they have ranked the most useful food of all times and peoples. This list was compiled and published recently by experts of the European Association of nutritionists and gastroenterologists.

Ranked, scientists took into account not only the presence in the products of useful minerals, but also the fact how easily they are absorbed by the body. First place was taken by the tomatoes. Their value is that a large amount of active antioxidant lycopene, fiber and potassium: so, the tomatoes are showing anti-cancer properties that help the cardiovascular system, is useful for hypertension and glaucoma.

In second place – oatmeal, which is distinguished by the abundance of vegetable protein, fiber, b vitamins, soluble dietary fibers. Eating oatmeal protects from high blood pressure, clears digestive system of toxins. Oatmeal is recommended in the amount of one plate 1-2 times a week in the morning.

The fruit took third position in the list. These fruits include a large number of vitamins a, C and E, they are seeds fatty acids omega-3. Kiwi useful high blood pressure, for weight loss and for maintaining healthy joints.

The fourth place ranking – the grapes. Its berries, especially dark varieties, slow down oxidation processes in the body that protects against the appearance of malignant cells. The grapes are also extremely useful for vessels that prevents the formation of blood clots.

The fifth place of the list of the most useful food is fish and seafood. Nutritionists recommend eating them 2-3 times a week: seafood contains fats, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, effectively improves the condition of blood vessels and arteries.

Broccoli – in the sixth row. In particular broccoli to help people recover after illness, the elderly, children and pregnant women. Its use medicinally for liver, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, and nervous breakdowns in violation of metabolism.

Seventh place went to the avocados. Due to the special fatty acids in its composition of avocado makes stronger blood vessels and the heart, and its enzymes help the body regulate blood sugar levels. Avocado also positively affects the brain during its regular use reduces irritability and fatigue, improves overall well-being.

Ninth and tenth place in the ranking of the most useful in the world of products has taken garlic and olive oil.
