Open an interesting property of pomegranate juice

Scientists spoke about a new useful property of pomegranate juice.

The researchers found that regular consumption of pomegranate juice protects our body against stress and improves performance.

Scientists conducted the study, the participants who had daily drink half a liter of pomegranate juice for two weeks. At the beginning and at the end of experiment experts measured the pulse of the participants and asked them to complete a questionnaire to determine emotional state and experience.

As shown by the results of the study, after two weeks almost all respondents felt the enthusiasm, the inspiration to the work reported improved emotional state and heart rate.

In addition, the subjects who drink a bottle of pomegranate juice daily were less prone to fat around the belly. They also had reduced blood pressure, which significantly reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes and kidney failure.

The researchers claim that pomegranate juice may help fight cancer and prevent the aging process because it contains a lot of antioxidants.
