The conflict has occurred to participation of drivers of the two cars when one of them didn’t provide advantage in movement to another. Each of the participants in the incident tried to prove his innocence. One of the drivers used his gun for shooting rubber bullets. From an accurate shot one of the passengers of the other car received a wound in the hand.
Now both cars sent to the garage, opened criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
