The militants of the so-called “DNR” has issued a “passport” Russian actor Nikita Dzhigurda.
“I’m a Russian artist and poet of Ukrainian descent and proud of it. Donbass has always been the soul of Ukraine, but this soul began to crucify. Today I advocate that on this site, finally, came the world”, – explained the artist.
The actor visited the territory of Donetsk airport and talked with the militants. And added that a few days will stay in the Donbas.
We will remind, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on February 18 signed a decree on recognition of documents issued to citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons residing in the territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions occupied by Pro-Russian militants. Passports, birth certificates and other documents issued by the rebels, are now considered valid on the territory of Russia.
The leadership of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe officially condemned the decision of Russia.
