The militants of the so-called “DNR” has issued a “passport” Russian actor Nikita Dzhigurda.

Passports, birth certificates and other documents issued by the rebels, are now considered valid on the territory of Russia.
The leadership of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe officially condemned the decision of Russia.
President Petro Poroshenko called for increased sanctions against Russia for “passport” ORDO.
