Diversity is not always good, especially if you like to pamper yourself. If you set a goal to lose weight – then you need to eat these products, experts say.
According to a study conducted from 2000 to 2017 the American heart Association, people who eat more types of food, consume more “junk”. The researchers did not find evidence that a diverse diet contributes to a healthy weight.
The authors say that for weight loss must eat fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains and low-fat dairy products, oils, nuts, poultry and fish. You should not consume fried foods, even if they seem relatively healthy.
