Researchers have disproved the myth about the dangers of butter for health and was able to prove his favor.
Nutritionists conducted experiments with the participation of almost 10 thousand people aged from 20 to 93 years, who were divided into two groups. One of them ate only vegetable, and the other butter.
The monitoring of health parameters found that cholesterol levels in those who did not use butter, was indeed slightly lower than in subjects from the other group. While those who ate butter said that their General health was better.
Thus, the researchers came to the conclusion that the most rational option is to eat varied food. Nutritionists recommend not to exclude completely from the diet butter.
