Nutritionists advise to start the day with a protein Breakfast

Such a Breakfast will help you satisfied for a long time.

A hearty Breakfast with products of protein, helps to fill your stomach and reduces appetite during the day, say U.S. researchers from the University of Missouri.

Scientists conducted a study using computed tomography. It turned out that protein-rich foods reduces the intensity of the signal in the brain that control motivation and the pleasure we get from food. It allows not to overeat the rest of the day if you have Breakfast food with protein, experts explained.

The experts summed up that people who don’t eat in the morning often eat unhealthy foods, overeat, eat on the night, gaining extra weight and eventually suffer from overweight, and approximately 60% of youth do not eat Breakfast at all. Breakfast is necessary, and it is desirable that it was thick enough, including protein foods, the scientist said.
