New Thief and adaptation of the game will be released simultaneously

Stealth-action Thief 2014 release, the fourth game in this series, I have to admit, the special made no impression. But, apparently, impressed the people more serious, because in 2016 the company Straight Up Films bought the rights to the film adaptation of the adventures of the thief Garrett in steam-punk locations.

The fifth part of the game franchise already in development, but, as reported on ofsayte of the Studio Square Enix, the release will take place at the same time with the movie. What, in General, it is logical that the Studio will get dapper and sell more games.

Sorry, no information about at least the approximate date of the premiere of the film has not yet appeared. However, it is possible that some details will be announced at the upcoming gaming-E3 2017.

In the meantime, remember the synopsis of the fourth part:

Continuation of the famous series of games in the genre of stealth-action. In the new Thief the protagonist of the series Garrett returns to industrial capital, known simply as the City. The City’s brewing social tension, his ravaged by plague and ruled by them, a tyrant named the Baron. To survive and fill his pockets, Garrett will have to carefully examine the elements of the environment, paving their paths through numerous levels of the game, and use all sorts of thieves gadgety.
