Named the most reliable cars

The American organisation J. D. Power has published the results of another study of the reliability of the cars.

It is based on the opinion of the owners of three cars, which were noted all the trouble they faced in the last 12 months.

Under the “problems” in this case refers not only serious damage but, in fact, any claim on the part of users. For example, in 2016, the drivers complained about crashes when Bluetooth connection or errors when using the built in analyzer of speech. While 22% of car owners were to some extent dissatisfied with the working of the standard navigation.

In total, the study involved 35 186 drivers 224 different models that are sold in the U.S. market.

Lead by the end of 2016 Lexus and Porsche — a total of 110 claims (for comparison, in the whole industry, the figure is 156). In third place, Toyota with a score of 123. Also in the top five went to Buick (126) and Mercedes-Benz (131). Well, at the end of the list under “over 200” are Infiniti, Jeep and Fiat. The last and even set record in recent years, with nearly 300 complaints per year (estimated, recall, three-year cars).

If you talk about specific segments, then the leadership over Toyota, which was able to win as many as 6 categories of 18. And if to it to add the Lexus, the victory will be devastating — the first 10 places. And the most problem-free car in the US among the recognized three-year old Toyota Camry.
