To digestive system functioning normally, a person needs to eat foods containing beneficial bacteria.

At king’s College London conducted research that showed that to stay slender people can help red wine and chocolate.

It is noted that in the human stomach live useful and harmful bacteria. Some help digest food and absorb nutrients, while others interfere with the intestines to work.

So, study leader Tim Spector for a long time, watching the two twins, one of whom struggled all his life with being overweight and the other was slender and so are not made for that, it seemed, no effort. Spector confident that the difference between them is exclusively in the intestinal microflora.

According to scientists, in order to digestive system functioning normally, a person needs to eat foods containing beneficial bacteria. These include chocolate and red wine. In these foods contain polyphenols — substances that strengthen the immune system.
