The most dangerous are diet sodas.

Researchers from the United States of America for a long time had to spend in serious scientific research, trying to figure out what is the most dangerous product in the world. And, although compiled entire lists of threatening human body products, but it is constantly updated, and requires regular updates.

The final answer to the question about what kind of product the scientists gave recently, published their study in the scientific journal of the American heart Association.

American scientists came to the conclusion that the most dangerous product in the world, oddly enough, is the drinks, which nutritionists usually suggest dreams to lose weight, namely, carbonated beverages that use sugar, and any of its substitutes. Thus, all soda, sweetened with any chemicals, as well as all drinks that are marked as “0% sugar” is the most dangerous product in the world.

Scientists have noted that due to the pursuit of weight loss and advertising, drinks with artificial sweeteners have a growing popularity around the world. Moreover, residents of some countries are absolutely convinced in their use.

Alas, this is not the case.

As noted by experts, only 150-200 milliliters of alcohol consumed per day sweetened with Splenda liquid (about 1 can of diet soda sweetened liquids) is able to significantly increase children’s risk of developing dementia. In older age, not sugar sweetened soda may lead to stroke.

As follows from the data, which publishes the journal of the American heart Association, people who every day drank carbonated liquid, sweetened by sugar substitutes, up to three times higher risk of stroke resulting from blockage of the blood vessels, and almost 3 times increased risk of developing dementia.
