How useful raspberry for men and women.

Scientists have identified several useful properties of the usual raspberry. Nutritionists recommend young women and girls to use this berry to rejuvenate the skin, reduce the risk of unwanted bleeding and reduce blood sugar.

A group of Danish scientists after a long research on laboratory mice, called the positive properties of raspberries. Berry has an impact on the person, it contains an element called “ketone”, it helps to reduce weight, creating a pleasant aromatic smell. Nutritionists say that a raspberry contains 200 molecules of ketone. In 2005 research was performed on laboratory mice, they showed that the properties of the berries derivat painful enlargement of the liver provoking the formation of visceral fat in the internal organs. The ketone in raspberries, stimulates the cells produce a unique protein adiponectin. A deficiency observed in patients suffering from type II diabetes.

Laboratory mice in the experiments were fed a fat enriched diet and normal berries raspberries. The merger of alginic acid with the ketone shown to improve the body condition of the animals.
