A small clarification

Despite the fact that natural vegetables and fruit is to be expected was ahead of the whole planet, rich in water diet, unfortunately, is not the key to good health.

Of course, the reason is that, except for the level of moisture in the product or dish, attention should be paid to the amount of sugar and fat in the composition, and the ratio soluble and insoluble fibers.

On the other hand, there is good news – malonasyshchennye water nuts and seeds, for example, should also be eaten because they are rich in omega-3, which simply must be present in any properly composed diet.

So only good to find a balance between all these ingredients and taste, but not one a secret like the level of water in the food will help everyone to improve health and live a long and happy life.
