After the petition collect 25,000 votes it will be submitted to the President. Poroshenko is obliged to consider the petition within three months.
“This is a huge advertising platform, which helps in the implementation of the domestic product, creativity, content, etc. the Loss of this platform would be very negative for domestic producers of any type of goods, services and events,” reads the petition text.
The author of the petition Tkachenko Anatoly noted that the decision of the presidential administration carries a number of negative consequences.
According to him, to monitor the spread of propaganda in social network “Vkontakte” is the responsibility of the SBU or cyberpowersystem (which funds were allocated from the state budget, from the pockets of taxpayers).
“Why the failure of these bodies to counter the propaganda network should affect the ordinary people?!”, he said.
