Scientists came to the conclusion that the energy increase the QT interval (the electrical systole of the heart) in an average of ten milliseconds during the two hours.
“If this period of time, measured in milliseconds, is too short or long, the heart may start beating abnormally. The resulting arrhythmia can be life-threatening”, — say the experts.
Researchers came to this conclusion in the course of the monitoring group of volunteers, urged people cautious in consuming energy drinks.
