In Ukraine is rapidly rising pork

Towards the end of August the price of pork will stabiliziruemost and will start to fall.

This claim of Ukrainian producers, who complain about the limited supply of pigs for slaughter conditions.

Since the beginning of August the purchase price of pork remained at the level of 43,4 UAH/kg. this week commodity livestock implement more.

According to the Association “Svinarov Ukraine”, at the moment a kilo of pork costs about 44,3 hryvnia. In retail pig meat, depending on kind, sell at a price of 90-140 hryvnia per kilogram. And fat in retail markets offer 78 hryvnia for one kilogram.

Ukrainian meat processors complain about the lack of pig slaughter conditions. Because of the shortage they are unable to consistently generate party.

“The weakening of the clause caused the hot weather, which also affected the live weight gain in animals. In addition, the revived activity of consumers”, — explained in the Association “Svinarov Ukraine”.

The Association also noted that meat processors expect further rise in prices of pork. At the same time, the Ukrainian club of agrarian business predict that towards the end of August the price of pork will stabiliziruemost and will start to fall.
